Our Doctors
Dr. Meyan Tran
Dr. Meyan Tran came from a dental family. Her mother, two brothers and husband are all dentists. Dr. Tran grew up in Southern California and graduated from Loma Linda School of Dentistry in 2001.
Her dream was to open a small private practice of her own where she could focus on each patient and customize care. After discovering Lathrop, she was charmed by the town and its residents and the first dental office in Lathrop was opened.
Dr. Tran strives to stay on the cutting edge of current dental techniques by frequently attending continuing education courses. She is a member of The International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology. She provides her patients with the most up to date, state of the art procedures and treatments.
She understands the great impact of oral health on the entire body and believes that there is a link between oral health and general health. She understands that diseases and materials in your mouth can have lasting negative effects on other systems in your body. She also works with like-minded health care providers that can help provide detoxification and nutritional support.
Dr Tran enjoys spending time with her two young children and husband. Together they enjoy the outdoors and exploring the state of California. She is a cycling enthusiast and rides whenever she can.
Dr. Huan Nguyen
Dr. Huan Nguyen has been practicing since 2001. He received his D.M.D from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. He specializes in prosthodontics, dentures, partials, bridges, and endodontics.
Dr. Nguyen dedicates time to extra courses to better educate himself in all aspects of dentistry.
Dr. Nguyen is very active. He plays tennis daily, mountain-bikes regularly, and hikes in Yosemite to view the beautiful scenery of nature. Dr. Nguyen also enjoys traveling. He has been to Haiti, the Caribbean and various parts of Asia. He loves to spend time with his family and friends outdoors.

I am truly blessed to be part of this dental office with amazing staff! I understand that the cost of dental care can be a significant concern for many patients and that sometimes complexity can be overwhelming. I strive to eliminate the financial barriers to dental care, making it easier for patients to receive the treatments they need without undue stress and confusion.
I am a mom to three children and a grandmother to 11 grandchildren, and a dog mom to Judah, my little mighty chihuahua that I rescued in 2013. I find comfort in God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. I love to travel and enjoy the outdoors alongside the beauty of nature.
